Where is my order?

All our items are made to order, and depending on the complexity of the items and the delivery location, it can affect your expected delivery and arrival date.

For items within the UK, we hope to have your small items (like shirts, keyrings, and stickers) out within 2 weeks of ordering. Larger items depend on their complexity, but we will contact you if it is expected to take longer than 2 weeks.

For those outside of the UK, your items could be held up at border control, which can delay your expected arrival date. Please take this into consideration when ordering your items.

We do not hold responsibility for any lost or damaged mail.

Are your items official?

All products within this website are reproduction only, and not affiliated nor associated with Austin, Rover, British Leyland, Rover Group or BMW.

For genuine O.E.M products, message us and we can recommend suitable supply lines.

What if I want to pay in a method other than paypal?

We understand not everyone has a PayPal account, and want to offer other solutions for customers to order materials. If you cannot pay via PayPal, please fill out our contact form with what you are looking to order, and we can send you a personalised invoice.

We are also at many mini shows annually and welcome cash payments for orders made on site, including any cutom orders.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products being entirely made-to-order and fully customisable, our items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
